Category Promotion Planner (Maternity leave cover)

Job Description

• Plan and execute promotions in assigned categories;
• Patrticipate in management and promotion strategy planing;
• Analyze the performance of promotions against the set target;
• Negotiate with suppliers;
• Manage marketing service income according to the target ;
• Analyze the latest market trends in consumer preferences for the assigned categories;
• Identify improvement possibilities within the area of responsibility.

Employee Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in retail, promotion planning, buying or category management;
• Good skills in negotiations, analytics, planning and time-management;
• Ability to work independently;
• Good communication and people skills;
• Active and dynamic approach to work and getting things done;
• Ability to manage stressful situations and effectively solve problems;
• Very good MS Excel skills (experience working with SAP/BW – advantage);
• Higher education in Economics, Business Management or another related field (advantage);
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
